抽汽与双储热提升风电消纳能力的方案研究

摘要 山西未来大规模的风电并网,不仅会导致山西电网的调节能力下降,还会造成严重的弃风问题。从节省成本和深度挖掘山西煤电机组的调峰潜力的角度出发,提出了对山西常规煤电机组进行抽汽与双储热的技术改造来降低常规煤电机组的最小技术出力的方案,在介绍了方案的基本原理之后,构建了最大风电消纳优化调度体系。通过算例仿真,对效果进行了比对分析。结果表明,方案对提升山西电网的风电消纳能力效果显著。在山西电网运行调峰严重困难时可极大地缓解调峰压力,降低弃风量以及运行成本。 Future large-scale wind power grid integration in Shanxi will not only lead to a decline in the regulation capacity of Shanxi power grid,but also give rise to serious wind abandonment problem.Starting from the perspective of cost saving and deep excavation of the peak regulation potential of coal power units in Shanxi,it was proposed that a technical upgrading scheme be carried out through steam extraction and dual heat storage for conventional coal power units in Shanxi so as to reduce the minimum technical output of conventional coal units.Following an introduction of the basic principle of the scheme,an optimized regulation system for maximum wind power absorption was constructed.Through example simulation,comparative analysis of the effect was made.The results showed that the proposed scheme could produce an obvious effect on improving the wind power absorption capacity of Shanxi power grid.It was so concluded that the presented scheme could greatly relieve peak regulation pressure,reduce the amount of air abandonment and bring down operating cost when peak regulation in Shanxi power grid found itself in serious difficulty.
