摘要
棉花种子萌发时的覆土深度是衡量其拱土力的重要因素,为准确测量种子深度,本课题组设计了1种基于磁场的棉花种深探测系统。将磁球和种子埋在同一处,利用磁球模拟种子位置,试验时将磁球放置姿态分为竖直和倾斜2种情况,通过分析所测磁场强度分布规律,得出求磁球位置的算法,进而推算种子位置。实现了种子三维坐标的无接触式自动测量。本系统可快速求得300 mm×300 mm范围内覆土深度40 mm以内种子坐标,误差不超过2.5 mm。
The depth of soil cover during the germination of cotton seeds is an important factor to measure the germination potential. To accurately measure the seed depth, a cotton seed depth detection system based on magnetic field is designed. The magnetic ball and the seed are buried in the same place. The magnetic ball is used to simulate the position of the seed. During the test, the position of the magnetic ball was divided into two situations: vertical and inclined. By analyzing the distribution law of measured magnetic field intensity, the position of the magnetic ball was calculated, and the algorithm was used to extrapolate the seed position. Non-contact automatic measurement of seed three-dimensional coordinates was finally achieved. The system can quickly obtain the seed coordinates within 40 mm depth within the range of 300×300 mm2, and the error does not exceed 2.5 mm.
