摘要
针对陆用车载装配式JZP-20T型隔振器极端和常规服役条件,分别采用金属丝网和硅橡胶作为阻尼材料,以金属丝网和硅橡胶的细观结构与减振机理为基础,重点对比分析了两种阻尼材料隔振器的机械力学性能,特别是刚度和阻尼性能。分析结果表明两种阻尼隔振器的静、动刚度曲线均表现出明显的非线性,金属丝网隔振器刚度的非线性较橡胶隔振器更明显;在较小激振幅值下,金属丝网隔振器阻尼性能要好于橡胶隔振器;随着激振幅值的增加,两种阻尼材料隔振器损耗因子都有所减低,但橡胶阻尼性能的稳定性要优于金属丝网。研究结果对车载装配式隔振器的工程应用具有一定的指导意义。
According to the extreme and conventional service conditions of land vehicle mounted JZP-20T vibration isolator,metallic wire mesh and silicone rubber were used as damping material respectively,based on the meso-structure and damping mechanism of metallic wire mesh and silicone rubber,the mechanical properties of the two kinds of damping material isolators were compared and analyzed,especially the stiffness and damping properties.The results show that the static and dynamic stiffness curves of the two kinds of damping isolators are obviously nonlinear,and the stiffness nonlinearity of metallic wire mesh isolators is more obvious.Under small excitation amplitude,the damping property of metallic wire mesh isolator is better than that of rubber isolator.With the increase of excitation amplitude,the loss factor of vibration isolators with two kinds of damping materials decreases,but the stability of rubber damping property is better than that of metallic wire mesh.The research results have a certain guiding significance for the engineering application of vehicle mounted vibration isolators.
