模具零件数控加工在线检测宏程序编程及应用 被引量:8

Programming and application of on-line detection macro program for numerical control machining of mold parts

摘要 针对形状复杂的注塑模具零件加工工序多、配合精度要求高和模具制造过程中检测过程耗费时间及人力的问题,探索应用UG软件CMM模块对模具零件进行机床在线检测,规划模具零件检测几何要素和测头动作路径,编制并调用系统检测的宏程序,运用宏程序条件转移功能同步生成检测误差,从而拓展数控机床的功能,节省零件在其他检测设备上的装夹、找正和检测时间,提高模具零件加工精度和装配效率,以适应大量个性化产品对模具的需求。 Aiming at the problems of complicated processing and high matching accuracy requirements of injection mold parts with complicated shapes,and the consuming of time and manpower in the detection process of the mold manufacturing process,the application of CMM module of UG software on on-line detection of mold parts was explored,the geometrical elements of the mold parts and the movement path of the probe were planed,the system detection macro program was compiled and called,and the macro program conditional transfer function was used to generate detection errors synchronously,so as to expand the functions of CNC machine tools and save the time of parts clamping,aligning and detection on other testing equipment,improve the processing precision and assembly efficiency of mold parts and meet the demand for molds from a large number of personalized products.
