摘要 在自动化设备行业内,还无法真正实现机械本体和控制系统的并行设计,通常需要等待机械本体制造并组装完成后,才能开始调试控制代码,从而导致修改成本的提高和生产周期的延长。针对此问题,在研究虚拟调试系统中的信号数据接口、机构运动学建模与解算模块等关键问题的基础上,基于SolidWorks平台开发了自动化设备的虚拟调试系统。并以机器人智能仓储设备为例,对该系统进行试验验证。 In the automation equipment industry,it is impossible to realize the concurrent design of the mechanical body and control system.It is usually necessary to wait for the mechanical body to be manufactured and assembled before debugging the control code,which leads to the increase of modification cost and the extension of production cycle.In order to solve the problem,the key problems of the virtual debugging system were studied,such as signal data interface,mechanism kinematics modeling and solution module,and the virtual debugging system of automation equipment was developed on SolidWorks platform.And the system was tested and verified by taking a robot intelligent storage equipment as an example.
