摘要 以往太阳能热水器控制器主板是否合格主要通过人工方式进行检测,检测效率较低,容易出错,精度也不能保证,且检测一致性与稳定性差,导致产品质量参差不齐,返修率高。因此设计了一种自动测试装置,详细阐述了其硬件设计、软件设计和企业应用实施。实际应用表明:装置界面友好,操作简单、易用,功能完全满足企业使用需求,为承压式太阳能控制器提供了一种有效、快捷、科学的检测手段,极大缩短了检测时间,提高了企业生产效率和经济效益。此外,检测装置的扩展性好,稍作修改即可用于其他控制器产品的检测。 In the past,whether the main board of solar water heater controller is qualified or not is mainly detected by manual method.The detection efficiency is low,error prone,accurracy can not be guaranteed,and the detection consistency and stability are poor,resulting in uneven product quality and high repair rate.Therefore,an automatic test device was designed,and its hardware design,software design and enterprise application implementation were described in detail.The practical application shows that the device has friendly interface,simple operation,easy to use,and the function fully meets the needs of the enterprise.It provides an effective,fast and scientific detection method for pressure bearing solar controller,greatly shortens the detection time and improves the production efficiency and economic benefits of the enterprise.In addition,the detection device has good expansibility,and can be used for other controller products detection with a little modification.
