摘要
通过探讨垂直式循环车库的结构,对车库底层出入车装置结构进行改进设计。在车库入口增加转盘传动机构和光电传感器,实现车的正反转向,并实时检测车辆与入口的对应位置。出车装置中在车位支架上加了一套转动驱动装置,可进行180°转动,实现车辆的自动掉头。通过电气控制PLC编程软件对入车装置中转盘的运行和出车装置托架的运行过程进行控制。采用Solid Work软件绘制出车装置结构三维图、车辆的转向和行驶的三维模型。利用软件自带的插件SimulationMotion对车辆出入车库时转向和运行过程进行动态仿真,分析车辆出入车库的时间。对比结果可以看出,改进后的出入车装置能够改善以往在存取车辆高峰时间段,占用较多空闲等待、取车和停车时间的问题。
By discussing the structure of the vertical circulation garage,the structure of the entry-exit device at the bottom of the garage was improved.The turntable transmission mechanism and photoelectric sensor were added in the garage entrance to realize the forward and reverse steering of the car,and the corresponding position of the vehicle and the entrance was detected in real time.A set of rotating driving device was added on the parking bracket in the vehicle out device,which can rotate 180° and realize the automatic turn of the vehicle.Through the electrical control PLC programming software,the operation of the turntable in the entry device and the operation process of the carriage of the exit device were controlled.Solid Work software was used to draw the three-dimensional diagram of the vehicle device structure and the three-dimensional model of the vehicle’s steering and driving.Using the plugin SimulationMotion of the software,the steering and running process of the vehicle in and out of the garage were dynamically simulated,and the time of the vehicle in and out of the garage was analyzed.It can be seen from the comparison results that the improved vehicle access device can improve the problem of occupying more idle waiting,picking up and parking time in the peak period of vehicle access.
