摘要
为改造旧有矿井提升机系统性能,设计并实现了一套基于PLC的提升机自动控制系统。首先介绍了系统的总体设计思路,包括结构和各类系统功能,从控制方式灵活、数据记录全面、保护功能完善等方面提出了总体要求;其次介绍了系统的硬件设计思路,主要是PLC控制系统和传感器选型等;最后介绍了系统的软件构成,包括用户程序和监控软件等内容。基于315-2PN/DP型PLC的提升机自动控制系统,实现了预期的技术效益和经济效益,提高了煤矿运输工作的自动化管理水平。
In order to improve the performance of the old mine hoist system,a set of automatic control system of hoist based on PLC was designed and implemented.The general design idea of the system was introduced,including the structure and various system functions.The general requirements were put forward from the aspects of flexible control mode,comprehensive data recording and perfect protection function.The hardware design of the system was introduced,including PLC control system and sensor selection.The software structure of the system was introduced,including user program and monitoring software.The automatic control system of hoist based on 315-2 PN/DP PLC has realized the expected technical and economic benefits and improved the automatic management level of coal mine transportation work.
