摘要
通过对选煤厂煤仓内部瓦斯气体的空间分布进行分析,提出了一种基于P L C控制器的瓦斯监控系统。系统分为远程监控层、中间控制层与终端设备层,配有主副通风机,可实现自动故障切换功能,满足冗余控制需求。通过分析系统的功能要求,对系统的主要硬件设备进行了选型设计,研究了传感器与风机的安装位置,最后分析设计了系统的软件主程序。系统融合瓦斯监测与风机自动控制功能,提高了选煤厂生产系统的协调控制能力与自动化水平,减少了系统的能源浪费。
By analyzing the spatial distribution of gas in coal bunker of coal preparation plant,a gas monitoring system based on PLC controller was proposed.The system was divided into remote monitoring layer,intermediate control layer and terminal equipment layer,equipped with main and auxiliary fans,which can realize automatic fault switching function and meet the demand of redundant control.Through the analysis of the functional requirements of the system,the main hardware equipment of the system was selected and designed,the installation position of sensors and fans was studied,and the main software program of the system was analyzed and designed.The system integrates the functions of gas monitoring and fan automatic control,improves the coordination control ability and automation level of the production system of the coal preparation plant,and reduces the energy waste of the system.
