摘要
为提高矿井皮带运输机的运行效能,降低矿井皮带运输机的能耗,设计了一种以P L C与变频器为基础的变频控制系统,具体介绍了该系统的系统构架与功率平衡控制策略,分析了系统的硬件设计方案与软件设计方案,并总结了变频控制的主要技术优势。借助该系统,可以以带速风机与煤流量的最佳匹配关系来科学合理地调节电机频率,让运输机实现变频运行与平滑调速,提高运输机的自动化控制水平,并节约能源消耗。
In order to improve the operation efficiency of mine belt conveyor and reduce the energy consumption of mine belt conveyor,a frequency conversion control system based on PLC and frequency converter was designed.The system architecture and power balance control strategy of the system were introduced in detail.The hardware design scheme and software design scheme of the system were analyzed,and the main technical advantages of frequency conversion control were summarized.With the help of the system,the motor frequency can be adjusted scientifically and reasonably according to the best matching relationship between the belt speed fan and the coal flow,so that the conveyor can realize frequency conversion operation and smooth speed regulation,improve the automatic control level of the conveyor,and save energy consumption.
