纯电动汽车齿轮箱效率测试平台开发及数据研究

摘要 纯电动汽车利用可充电电池作为动力来源,对环境影响相对传统汽车较小,具有广阔的前景,但当前技术尚不成熟,未完全取代传统燃油汽车,其中比较重要的原因是续航里程短。纯电动汽车齿轮箱作为传动装置中的一个重要部件,传动效率的好坏直接影响到整车质量,效率高低是衡量齿轮箱优劣的一项重要指标。分析了齿轮箱效率测试方法,描述了测试原理,并搭建了测试平台,对测试结果进行了分析。测试结果显示了扭矩对效率正向相关,转速对效率反向相关的特性,同时阐明了油温对于不同工况下变速箱效率的影响。 Pure electric vehicles use rechargeable batteries as the power source,which has less impact on the environment than traditional vehicles and has broad prospects.However,the current technology is not mature and has not completely replaced the traditional fuel vehicles.The more important reason is the short driving range.Pure electric vehicle gearbox as an important part of the transmission device,transmission efficiency directly affects the quality of the vehicle,efficiency is an important index to measure the merits of the gearbox.The test method of gearbox efficiency was analyzed,the test principle was described,the test platform was build,and the test results were analyzed.The test results show that the torque has a positive correlation with the efficiency and the speed has a negative correlation with the efficiency.At the same time,the influence of oil temperature on the transmission efficiency under different working conditions is clarified.
