摘要 解耦板是焊线机XY平台的关键运动部件,其性能直接影响焊线机的焊线速度和焊线品质。同时,对其质量也有一定的要求。采用Solidworks Simulation频率分析软件,根据优化结果和实际经验,对模型进行多次修改,建立解耦板最终优化模型。结果表明:优化后的解耦板在其质量增加不大的情况下,改变了解耦板的固有频率,提高了其动态性能。 Decoupling plate is the key motion part of XY table of wire bonder,and its performance directly affects the wire speed and quality of wire bonder.At the same time,the weight is also required.Using Solidworks Simulation frequency analysis software,according to the optimization results and practical experience,after modifying the model for many times,the final optimization model of decoupling plate was established.The results show that the dynamic performance of the optimized decoupling plate is improved by changing the natural frequency of the coupling plate without increasing its mass.
