履带起重机部件参数化模型仿真平台软件的开发及应用

摘要 针对履带起重机部件在进行CAE分析中消耗时间长、重复性工作多、容易产生错误等问题,开发Creo参数化模型仿真接口,实现快速仿真分析及结构多方案优化对比,基于Hyperview二次开发实现对计算结果的自动后处理,自动输出仿真报告,还可通过智能判断输出结果。以履带起重机底座3个方案为例进行仿真,结果表明,不仅简化了操作过程,而且仿真效率提升3倍以上,节约了大量时间,有利于企业快速推进项目,同时保证了不同水平的设计师分析出的结果具有一致性,有效避免仿真错误,具有一定的推广价值。 Aiming at the problems of long time consuming,repetitive work and prone to errors in CAE analysis of crawler crane components,Creo parametric model simulation interface was developed to realize fast simulation analysis and structural multi scheme optimization comparison.Based on the secondary development of hyperview,the automatic post-processing of calculation results,automatic output of simulation report and intelligent judgment of output results were realized.Taking three schemes of crawler crane base as an example,the simulation results show that it not only simplifies the operation process,but also improves the simulation efficiency by more than three times,saves a lot of time,and is conducive to the enterprise to quickly promote the project.At the same time,it ensures the consistency of the results analyzed by different levels of designers,effectively avoids simulation errors,and has certain promotion value.
