摘要
矿用提升运输机是地面与井下的重要媒介,保证其设备控制系统的运行稳定性及可靠性,对提升煤矿开采效率至关重要。为此,结合一种新型的整定PID控制算法,开展了基于PLC控制器的提升机控制系统研究,研究表明,该系统在提升过程中,实现了良好的控制,效率更高。这为保证提升机的高效作业及井下作业安全起到重要保障作用。
Mine hoist is an important medium of the ground and underground,to ensure the stability and reliability of its equipment control system is very important to improve the efficiency of coal mining.Therefore,combined with a new PID control algorithm,the research of hoist control system based on PLC controller was carried out.The research shows that the system achieves good control and higher efficiency in the lifting process,which plays an important role in ensuring the efficient operation of the hoist and the safety of underground operation.
