摘要
广州地铁十四号线某车辆段采用的RAFAMET 2UGE150N型不落轮镟床是一款重型机床,具备对同一转向架4个车轮同时镟修的能力,机床主机、从机轴距可调功能适用转向架固定轴距为2200~2300 mm的电力工程车、电客车轮对镟修,该台镟床的投用将提升十四号线电客车的镟修效率,提高供车质量。对此台双轴不落轮镟床的调试作业、调试方法进行介绍、总结,对机床的运用效率、镟修效果进行分析,以提高双轴不落轮镟床的技术管理水平。
The RAFAMET 2UGE150N underfloor wheel lathe used in a depot of Guangzhou Metro Line 14 is a heavy machine tool,it has the ability of simultaneous maintenance of four wheelsets with two axles.At the same time,its unique function of adjustable main engine and slave wheelbase is suitable for the maintenance of electric engineering vehicle and electric metro train wheelsets within the fixed wheelbase of 2200~2300 mm range.The commissioning of the dual-axle roller bed will greatly improve the repair efficiency and thequality of trains on Line 14.The whole test process of the dual-axle underfloorwheel lathe was summarized,and the current efficiency of wheel turning was analyzed,so as to achieve a more comprehensive understanding of the dual-axle underfloor wheel lathe in the technical management.
