提升列车自动清洗机洗车效果的技术措施

Technical Measures for Improving the Washing Effect of Automatic Train Washing Machine

列车自动清洗机用于清洗地铁列车外表面的污渍,由机械洗刷喷淋系统、洗涤剂供给系统、水供给系统、水过滤系统、水循环系统、压缩空气供给系统、控制系统等组成。现有的列车自动清洗机清洗列车后,直接上线运营载客,由于列车车身上残留有水珠,容易使列车车身产生泪痕等问题。从增加泡沫清洗工艺、选用新型刷毛、提高清洗刷转速等5个方面进行优化,有效解决了泪痕的问题,提升了洗车效果。

The automatic train washing machine is used to clean the stains on the exterior surface of the subway train.It is composed of a mechanical cleaning and spraying system,a detergent supply system,a water supply system,a water filtration system,a water cycle system,a compressed air supply system and a control system,etc.If the train runs on line just after being washed by the existing washing machines,there will be tear remarks on the train body.Because there is water residual on the train body,that makes dust easier adhere on.The problem of tear remarks was effectively solved by five improvement measures,such as foam cleaning technology,new type bristles,improving cleaning brush relay.
