摘要
冲击、磨损和空蚀等破坏是水工建筑物常见的破坏形式,也是水工泄水建筑物常见的病害形式之一。论文选择一种新型的抗冲耐磨复合材料,对既有水工泄水建筑破损部位进行修补,取得了良好的使用效果。该材料主要由水泥、石英砂等无机材料复合而成。具有高强、抗开裂、抗冲、耐磨及抗空蚀等优良的物理力学性能;同时具有较好的耐久性,在施工中具有良好的工作性,成本低,施工工艺简单、缩短施工工期且无毒副作用;在水工泄洪建筑物冲磨破坏部位修补时,为运行单位节约大量的维修资金。
Impact,wear and cavitation are the common damage forms of hydraulic structures,and also one of the common disease forms of hydraulic drainage structures.In this paper,a new type of anti-impact and wear-resistant composite material is selected to repair the damaged parts of the existing hydraulic drainage buildings,and good results have been obtained.The material is mainly composed of cement,quartz sand and other inorganic materials.It has excellent physical and mechanical properties such as high strength,cracking resistance,impact resistance,wear resistance and cavitation corrosion resistance.At the same time,it has good durability,good workability in the construction,low cost,simple construction technology,shorten the construction period and non-toxic side effects;it can save a lot of maintenance funds for the operation unit when repairing the damaged parts of the hydraulic flood discharge building.
