一种快速检测PC灌浆套筒假性饱满的方法研究

A Rapid Method for Detecting Pseudo Fullness of PC Grouting Sleeve

为了快速判断装配整体式混凝土建筑PC构件灌浆套筒灌浆是否存在假性饱满,采用额定冲击动能为5.5 J的高强回弹仪结合特定的弹击杆,对PC构件灌浆套筒出浆口进行弹击,通过弹击回弹值判断灌浆是否为假性饱满。研究结果表明,该方法可以快速有效地筛选出假性饱满的灌浆套筒,具有简单易学、效率高、低成本的优点,可与其他相关灌浆饱满度检测方法配合使用。

In order to quickly judge whether the grouting sleeve of PC member in assembled integral concrete building is pseudo full,a high-strength rebound instrument with rated impact kinetic energy of 5.5J and a specific shot bar are used to shoot the grouting outlet of the PC member's grouting sleeve.The grouting is pseudo full or not according to the rebound value of the hit.The results show that this method can quickly and effectively screen out the pseudo full grouting sleeve,and has the advantages of being simple to learn,high efficiency and low cost.It can be used in cooperation with other related grouting plumpness detection methods.
