摘要
天津某工程基桩施工采用全液压可视可控旋挖扩孔施工工法(AM工法),基于现场3根两次扩孔桩的抗拔静载试验数据建立数值计算模型,分析了桩土体系的变形屈服特性,研究了桩身参数对单桩抗拔承载力的影响。研究结果表明:在桩底和桩身扩孔能有效增加单桩竖向抗拔承载力,抗拔桩桩长、桩身直径、扩孔直径、扩孔次数及桩身模量与单桩竖向抗拔承载力正相关,但要充分考虑技术可行性和经济效益。
The full hydraulic visual controllable rotary excavation reaming construction method(AM construction method)is adopted in the foundation pile construction of a project in Tianjin,based on the uplift static load test data of three twice reamed piles,the numerical calculation model is established,and the deformation and yield characteristics of pile-soil system are analyzed,also the influence of pile parameters on the uplift bearing capacity of single pile is studied.The results show that,the vertical uplift bearing capacity of single pile can be effectively increased by enlarging the hole at the pile bottom and pile body,the pile length,pile diameter,reaming diameter,reaming times and pile modulus are positively correlated with the vertical uplift bearing capacity of single pile,however,technical feasibility and economic benefits should be fully considered.
