摘要
针对哈牡客专CRH5型动车组运行时出现的抖车情况,对抖车原因进行了调查和分析,提出利用钢轨廓形打磨技术治理抖车,并对打磨前后的轮轨接触几何关系、轮轨匹配等效锥度、车辆动力学性能指标进行了分析研究。结果表明:通过钢轨打磨修正了轨头廓形,优化了轮轨接触关系,轮轨接触点分布区域更靠近轨顶中心位置,等效锥度处于正常范围0.05~0.06;打磨后脱轨系数、轮重减载率、轮轨横向力分别减小了13.6%、5.5%、3.9%,构架和车体的横向振动加速度分别减小了2.1%和9.5%,改善了车辆动力学性能指标,提高了动车组运行的安全性和平稳性,解决了CRH5型动车组抖车的问题。
According to the situation of shaking of CRH5 EMU during operation on the Harbin-Mudanjiang passenger dedicated line,the causes of shaking train are investigated and analyzed.The rail profile grinding technology is put forward to control the shaking train,and the geometrical relationship of wheel-rail contact,equivalent taper for wheel-rail matching and dynamic performance index of vehicles before and after grinding are analyzed and studied.The results show that the profile of rail head was corrected and the wheel-rail contact relationship was optimized by rail grinding,the distribution of wheel-rail contact points is closer to the top center of the rail,the equivalent taper is in the normal range of 0.05~0.06;Derailment coefficient,wheel load shedding rate and wheel-rail lateral force after grinding were reduced by 13.6%,5.5%and 3.9%,lateral vibration acceleration of frame and car body were reduced by 2.1%and 9.5%,the vehicle dynamics performance indicators were improved,the safety and stability of EMU operation were elevated,and the problem of shaking of CRH5 EMU was solved.
