政务云平台是政府以云计算技术建设为基础,通过现代科技支撑政府部门电子政务和政务数据应用的综合性服务平台,该平台集中了政府的各项软硬件资源与优势,通过统筹关键业务领域,为政府解决各项问题提供助力。文章以虚拟专网为基础,以大数据、云计算等技术对现有数据中心进行整合改造,设计出一套全新的数据中心云建设方案,并将其中的改造架构设计、关键技术等进行详细描述,希望能为新时代政务云系统的构建提供帮助。

The government cloud platform is a comprehensive service platform for the government based on the construction of cloud computing technology and supporting the e-government and government data applications of government departments through modern science and technology.The platform gathers the software and hardware resources and advantages of the government.Through the overall planning of key business areas,to provide help for the government to solve various problems.Based on the virtual private network,this paper integrates and reconstructs the existing data center with big data,cloud computing and other technologies,designs a set of brand-new data center cloud construction plan,and describes in detail the transformation architecture design and key technologies,in the hope that it can provide help for the construction of government cloud system in the new era.
