摘要
文章介绍了一种主网高压电缆半导电层和绝缘剥离、铅笔头锥度加工成型自动处理装置,可用于电缆终端场、电缆隧道、GIS室、公路接头井等不同的电缆接头安装施工环境,适应国内多种厂家电缆。文章提出的装置,能精确控制主网高压电缆半导层和绝缘层剥离,电缆绝缘层铅笔头锥度自动加工成型,改进现有市场上的电缆剥切产品,提高剥切精度和剥切效率,有效地减少人力消耗和人为误差。
An automatic processing device for semi-conductive layer,insulation peeling and pencil taper processing of high voltage cable in main network is introduced in this paper,which can be used in different cable joint installation and construction environments,such as cable terminal field,cable tunnel,GIS room,highway joint well,etc.,and is suitable for cables of many domestic manufacturers.The device proposed in this paper can accurately control the stripping of the semi-conductive layer and insulation layer of the high voltage cable in the main network,automatically process the taper of the lead pen head of the cable insulation layer,improve the cable stripping products on the existing market,and enhance the stripping accuracy and efficiency,thus effectively reducing manpower consumption and human error.
