模块化设计方法在盾构机工业动画中的应用

随着盾构机市场发展日益成熟,工业动画已成为产品推广和营销的重要手段,因盾构机为定制化、非标产品,且系统庞大、施工过程复杂,其工业动画制作模拟难度大、制作周期长,所需人工成本与时间成本较高,通过对各盾构机工业动画进行相似性分析,优化了作业模式与制作流程,总结了一套盾构机工业动画模块化设计制作与管理方法,实现工业动画的制作效率和设计水平双提升。

With the increasingly mature development of the shield machine market,industrial animation has become an important means of product promotion and marketing.Because the shield machine is a customized and non-standard product,the system is huge and the construction process is complex.Industrial animation is difficult to make simulation,long production cycle,and high labor cost and time cost.Through the similarity analysis of the industrial animation of each shield machine,standardize the operation mode and production process.This paper summarizes a set of modular design,production and management methods of shield machine industrial animation,which can improve the production efficiency and design level of industrial animation.
