摘要
根据6系铝合金焊接的性能特性,采用搅拌摩擦焊的焊接方式,对6系铝合金进行焊接。同时对汽车上能够应用铝合金搅拌摩擦焊的分总成进行论述总结。尽可能地提高焊接效率和焊接性能,从而提高铝合金在汽车应用上的最终质量。
According to the welding properties of 6-series aluminum alloy,the welding mode of friction stir welding is adopted to weld the 6-series aluminum alloy.At the same time,the sub-assembly which can be used in aluminum alloy friction stir welding is discussed and summarized,so as to improve welding efficiency and welding performance as much as possible,and improve the final quality of aluminum alloy in automobile application.
