基于伏旱条件下的烤烟采收成熟度研究

Study on Harvest Maturity of Flue-cured Tobacco Under Summer Drought Conditions

为寻求伏旱烟区烤烟适宜采收成熟度,在铜仁烟区研究了云烟87中部叶不同采收成熟度对烤后烟叶品质的影响。结果表明:随着成熟度的提高,等级质量呈先升后降的趋势,CM3上等烟率、均价较其他处理分别高0.81~4.74个百分点、1.02~2.05元/kg;化学成分含量及协调性总体以CM3表现更好,CM4次之,CM1最差;评吸得分随成熟度的提高呈现出逐渐变好至CM3后又变差的变化趋势,CM3较其他处理分别高0.48~1.22分。建议铜仁伏旱条件下云烟87中部叶采收成熟度以CM3即综合变黄程度约70%、主脉变白2/3左右为宜。

The effects of different harvest maturity of middle leaves of Yunyan 87 on the quality of flue-cured tobacco were studied in Tongren tobacco area,in order to find the suitable harvest maturity of flue-cured tobacco in summer drought area.The results showed that,with the improvement of maturity,the grade of quality showed a trend of rising first and then decreasing,the top tobacco rate of CM3 was 0.81-4.74 percentage points higher and the arerage price was 1.02-2.05 yuan per kilograms higher than those of other treatments;in terms of the chemical composition content and coordination,CM3 was the best,followed by CM4,and CM1 was the worst;the smoking evaluation score gradually improved with the improvement of maturity,and then deteriorated after reach CM3,CM3 was 0.48-1.22 points higher than other treatments.It is suggested that CM3(about 70%of the comprehensive yellowing degree and about 2/3 main vein is white)should be used to harvest the middle leaves of Yunyan 87 under the condition of summer drought in Tongren.
