云南省藜麦引进栽培及产业发展现状研究

Study on Introduction,Cultivation and Industrial Development of Quinoa in Yunnan Province

藜麦籽粒具有较高的营养及保健价值,对不良环境,特别是干旱、冷冻、盐碱及土壤贫瘠等有较强的适应性与抗性,被引种种植于世界各地。云南独特的生态地形和气候多样性,较适合藜麦的周年生产。本文结合近几年的研究经验,对云南省藜麦种质资源的引进、产业发展现状、种植推广中存在的问题等进行研究,以期为藜麦推广种植、新品种(系)培育、产业可持续发展等提供新思路。

Quinoa seeds have high nutritional and health value,and have strong adaptability and resistance to adverse environment,especially drought,freezing,saline alkali and poor soil,so it was introduced and planted all over the world.The unique ecological topography and climate diversity of Yunnan were suitable for the annual production of quinoa.Combined with the research experience in recent years,this paper studied the introduction of quinoa germplasm resources,the current situation of industrial development,the problems existing in the planting and promotion in Yunnan Province,in order to provide new ideas for the promotion and cultivation of quinoa,the cultivation of new varieties(lines),and the sustainable development of the industry.
