摘要
教师学习共同体的建设,作为激发教师教学热情、促进教师合作、助力教师专业成长的新的团体构建方式,引起了广泛的关注。但是,在教育实践中构建真正发挥作用的教师学习共同体,在研究层面、制度层面、教师人际关系层面存在层层阻力。要突破这些构建难点,要求学习共同体从构建时长、构建方式、评价导向、文化观念等方面作一系列的改革,让学习共同体在不断融合、壮大的过程中破除狭隘的“小我”观念,以真正有利于共同愿景的实现为目标,在深入一线实践的过程中,通过相互的探讨和分享,不断提升教师的专业素养与思维深度,从实质上推动教师的成长和教育教学改革的发展。
The construction of teachers learning community,as a new way to stimulate teachers enthusiasm for teaching,promote their cooperation and professional growth,has attracted extensive attention.However,in educational practice,there are many obstacles in the level of research,system and teachers interpersonal relationship to build a truly effective teachers learning community.To break through these difficulties,we need to make a series of reforms in the construction time,method,evaluation orientation,cultural concept and other aspects of the learning community,so that the learning community can break the narrow concept of“ego”in the process of continuous integration and expansion.With the goal of truly helping to realize the common vision,in the process of in-depth practice,teachers professional quality and depth of thinking are continuously improved through mutual discussion and sharing,and their growth and the development of education reform are promoted in essence as well.
