摘要
为提高金刚石复合树脂片的防刺性能,对金刚石进行了改性处理,并探究了层数对复合树脂片防刺性能的影响。结果表明;经过表面氧化和CS-101改性处理后,金刚石与树脂间粘附性能得到有效改善;复合树脂片的防刺性能得到了显著提高,其在5.82kg/m^(2)时不发生穿刺现象,且刺扎孔洞面积相对于未改性时减少了56.16%;随着复合树脂片层数的增加,刀具的损伤程度逐渐增大,刺扎孔洞面积逐渐减小,证明了在刺扎过程中,金刚石对刀具具有接触切割和弯曲钝化作用,为无机颗粒的硬质阻隔与反向切割机理提供参考。
In order to improve the anti-stab performance of the diamond composite resin sheet,the diamond was modified,and the effects of the number of layers on the anti-stab performance of the composite resin sheet were explored.The results showed that after surface oxidation and CS-101 modification treatment,the adhesion between diamond and resin was effectively improved;the anti-stab performance of the composite resin sheet in-creased significantly,and no puncture occurred at 5.82kg/m^(2).And the area of the puncture hole was reduced by 56.16%compared with the unmodified state.With the increase of composite resin sheets layers,the damage of the cutting tool gradually increased,and the area of the puncture hole gradually decreased,which proved that during the puncture process,the diamond had contact cutting and bending passivation effects on the cutting tool,providing a reference for the hard barrier and reverse cutting mechanism of inorganic particles.
