地方本科高校“双师型”教师培养的思考与实践

Thinking and Practice on the Training of“Double-qualified”Teachers in Local Undergraduate Colleges and Universities

我国高等教育经过数十年发展,已由过去的精英教育转向大众教育。伴随着我国经济进入新常态,人才供给与需求关系发生了深刻变化。以地方本科高校面临的转型需求、生物类专业总体上就业情况不理想的现状为着眼点,分析“双师型”教师培养的必要性以及面临的困境,以生物制药专业为例提出了“双师型”教师队伍建设的若干途径。

After decades of development,China’s higher education has shifted from the past elite education to mass education.With China’s economy entering a new normal,the relationship between talent supply and demand has undergone profound changes.Focusing on the transformation demand of local undergraduate colleges and universities and the current situation of unsatisfactory employment situation of biological majors,we analyze the necessity of training“double-qualified”teachers and the difficulties faced.And taking the biopharmaceutical major as an example,we propose several ways for the training of“double-qualified”teachers.
