景泰川电力提灌工程对区域生态环境影响分析及建议

Impact analysis of the Jingtaichuan Electric Lift Irrigation Scheme on regional ecological environment and suggestions

开展景泰川电力提灌工程对区域生态环境影响的分析,指出对农业生产条件、局地气候及石羊河流域生态影响有利的一面,同时也分析了对工程周围环境的不利影响。针对灌区下一步发展,提出了采取综合措施、高效利用水资源、建设生态灌区等建议。

Impact analysis of the Jingtaichuan Electric Lift Irrigation Scheme on regional ecological environment was analyzed,which shows both positive and negative effects,including improvement of agricultural production conditions for irrigation and local climate in the Shiyang River Basin,and adverse impact on the surrounding environment.In view of further development of the irrigation district,it suggests to take comprehensive measures,encourage highly-efficient water use and build ecological-friendly irrigation district.
