摘要
丙烯制冷压缩机是乙烯装置运行生产的重要装置,实际应用中,防喘振控制过程出现工作点快速波动、防喘振流量变送器故障、防喘振全手动功能非最高优先级,石墙控制在入口流量比为90%左右时,出现石墙阀打开的情况。针对上述问题,介绍了防喘振及石墙控制的基本原理,防喘振及石墙控制的控制曲线及曲线校正功能,详细分析了防喘振及石墙控制故障原因,并提出了问题处理方案,总结了日常维护和常见故障判断及处理方法。
Propylene refrigeration compressor is a important unit for the operation and production of ethylene unit.Following issues occur in actual applications:working point of anti-surge control fluctuates quickly,anti-surge flow transmitter breaks down,and full-manual anti-surge function fails to be highest priority level;stone-wall valve is opened when its inlet flow ratio controlled at about 90%.As for the above issues,The basic principles,control curve and curve correction function of anti-surge and stone wall control are introduced briefly.The failure reasons of anti-surge and stone wall control are analyzed in detail.Corresponding solutions are provided.Routine maintenance,common failure judging as well as handling methods are summarized.
