高压蒸汽放空阀设计选型探讨

Discussion on Design and Type Selection of High Pressure Steam Venting Valve

针对高压蒸汽放空阀的使用工况具有高温、高压且要求响应快速的特点,对其在实际工程应用中出现的填料泄漏、执行推杆或阀杆断裂、动作卡涩、阀门泄漏超标等问题进行分析与总结,并在此基础上,结合理论分析探讨了蒸汽放空阀的型式,阀体、阀内件材质,减压结构型式等,对蒸汽放空阀设计选型有一定指导意义。

Aiming at the characteristics of high temperature,high pressure and fast response requirement for the working conditions for high pressure steam venting valve,the problems of packing leakage,breakage of executing handspike or valve rod,action bite,valve leakage,and so on occurred in actual project application are analyzed and summarized.On the basis,with combination with theoretical analysis,valve type,material of valve body and trim,and decompression structure type of steam venting valve are discussed.Reference for the design and type selection of steam venting valve is provided.
