摘要
针对长庆油田输油管线腐蚀严重,影响原油输送的问题,研发了输油管线阴极保护远程监控系统,介绍了该系统的工作原理、系统构成以及管线阴极保护远程监控步骤与功能。应用表明,该系统实现了对输油管线阴极保护防止了腐蚀,提高了输油管线运行效率,保证了输油管线安全,同时可以远程监控阴极保护状况,收到了良好的经济效益。
In view of the serious corrosion of oil pipeline in Changqing oilfield,the crude oil transportation is affected.The remote monitoring system for cathodic protection of oil pipeline is developed.The working principle,structure,remote monitoring step and function of the system are introduced.Through the application of the system,the cathodic protection and anti-corrosion of the oil pipeline is realized.The operation efficiency of the oil pipeline is improved.The safety of the oil pipeline is ensured,and the cathodic protection status can be monitored remotely,as well as good economic benefits is provided.
