摘要 吉木萨尔凹陷芦草沟组页岩油储层埋藏深度大、物性差、非均质性强、原油黏度高,水平井大规模体积压裂技术是实现效益开发的关键。自2012年采用水平井体积压裂技术开发以来,强化地质工程一体化攻关,改造理念和技术体系逐步完善,并配套优质完井和高效举升技术,实现了页岩油高效开发。将地质工程相结合,明确上甜点最优质的P_(2)l_(2)^(2-2)层为水平井钻井和压裂目标,创新集成“优质甜点钻遇率+密切割+高强度改造”的主体压裂技术系列,水平井产量得以充分释放;同时,配套完善完井和举升工艺,既满足了水平井高强度、安全改造的需求,也保证了长期稳产。通过地质工程一体化攻关,建立了芦草沟组页岩油水平井采油工程技术体系,为页岩油规模开发奠定了坚实的技术基础,提供了强有力的工程支撑。 The shale oil reservoir in Lucaogou Formation,Jimsar Sag,has the characteristic of large depth,poor properties,strong heterogeneity and high oil viscosity.Large scale stimulated reservoir volume fracturing(SRV fracturing)for horizontal wells is the key technology to achieve effective development.Since 2012,through strengthening the combination of geology and engineering,improving fracturing technology and providing high-quality well completion and high-efficiency lifting equipment,significant progress has been made in Jimsar shale oil development.The combination of geology and engineering has made it clear that the highest quality layer P_(2)l_(2)^(2-2) is the target of drilling and fracturing,on the basis,a mature technical system of high encounter rate,small cluster spacing,and high treatment scale was formed to achieve optimal production results of horizontal well.At the same time,the well completion and lifting technology are well-equipped to meet the need of high-strength and ensure long-term stable production.Through geological and engineering research,a comprehensive development technology for shale oil has been established,which provided strong engineering support for large-scale development.
