摘要
在线教学中“交互主体性”缺失的弊端日益显露,教学出现了互动环节设置不理想、师生情感渗透少、学生主体间交互的缺失以及教学管理的无力低效的现象。造成这种缺失是因为教师对技术价值理性的忽视、对“交互主体性”认知理解的模糊、传统教学理念固化等。重构在线教学的“交互主体性”,教师需树立理性的技术价值观,重塑“交互主体性”的教育观,设计灵活开放的教学活动;学校需实现多元教学评价,培养教育工程师等。
The disadvantages of the lack of“interactive subjectivity”in online teaching are increasingly exposed.It is mainly reflected in the unsatisfactory setting of interaction,lack of emotional communication between teachers and students,deficiency of interaction between students and inefficient teaching management.The reasons that lead to the absence of“interactive subjectivity”in online teaching are ignorance of the value rationality to technology,the fuzzy understanding of“interactive subjectivity”,the solidifying of traditional teaching concepts.To reconstruct the“interactive subjectivity”of online teaching,teachers need to establish rational technological values,remold the education views of“interactive subjectivity”,design flexible and open teaching activities;schools need to implement multiple teaching evaluation,train educational engineers.
