论“后扶贫时代”贫困地区农民理想信念教育常态化建设

摘要 贫困地区农民理想信念教育目的就是要激发农民内在动力,树立起自主脱贫愿望,将个人的理想与国家政策相结合,将外在的拉力与内在的动力结合起来,才能防止返贫,实现真正脱贫。在理想信念教育过程中需要坚持以马克思主义理论为统领,以社会主义核心价值观为基础,以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想为指南,明确贫困地区农民理想信念教育常态化内涵和影响要素。以此为基础,通过弘扬自立自强精神、营造优良村风民风、建立返贫预警机制,成立理想信念教育小组等方式来实现理想信念教育常态化。 The purpose of ideal and belief education is to stimulate the inner power of poverty alleviation farmers for setting up the desire of independent poverty alleviation,combining individual ideal with national policy,and combining external pull force and internal power to prevent poverty,and realizes the real poverty alleviation.In the process of ideal and belief education,it is necessary to adhere to the guidance of Marxist theory,the core socialist values as the basis,and Xi Jinping Though on socialism with Chinese characteristics.as a guide,to clarify the connotation and influencing factors of the normalization of ideal and belief education for poverty-stricken farmers.On this basis,through promoting the spirit of self-reliance and self-reliance,creating a good village customs,establishing an early warning mechanism for returning to poverty,and setting up an ideal and belief education group to achieve normalization of ideal and belief education.
