摘要
相较于高校思政课常规教学模式,走班专题式教学模式具有师资配置更优化、教学风格更多样、教学内容更聚焦、教学水平更进步的优点。高校思政课走班专题式教学模式也面临着专题设计有难度、教学组织和管理有难度、教学考核有难度、密切师生关系有难度等挑战,其优化路径主要在于统筹教学专题设计、优化教学组织管理、改进教学考核、增进师生交流、重视微课教学。
Compared with the conventional teaching mode of ideological and political courses in colleges and universities,the thematic teaching mode of walking classes has the advantages of better teacher allocation,more diversified teaching styles,more focused teaching content and more advanced teaching level.The thematic teaching mode of walking classes also faces challenges such as difficulty in topic design,difficulty in teaching organization and management,difficulty in teaching assessment,Its optimization path mainly lies in the overall planning of teaching thematic design,optimization of teaching organization and management,improvement of teaching assessment and enhancement of teacher-student communication,pay attention to micro-teaching.
