意识形态工作是党的一项极端重要的工作。作为意识形态领域的前沿阵地,高校做好意识形态工作是保障国家意识形态安全的题中应有之义。新媒体时代催生出新情况、新问题和新挑战,使高校意识形态工作形势日趋复杂严峻。提升高校辅导员的意识形态能力是维护高校意识形态安全的重要抓手和必要举措。必须立足新媒体时代的特点,从思想辨别力、理论创新力、共识凝聚力和话语支配力四个维度入手,提升辅导员的意识形态工作能力。

Ideological work is an extremely important work of the Communist Party of China.As the frontier in the field of ideology,it is necessary to ensure the security of national ideology to do the ideological work well.The new media era has brought forth new situations,new problems and new challenges,which make the ideological work in colleges and universities more and more complicated and severe.Improving the ideological ability of college counselors is an important and necessary measure to maintain the ideological security of colleges and universities.Based on the characteristics of the new media era,the ideological work ability of counselors should be improved from four dimensions of ideological discrimination,theoretical innovation,consensus cohesion and discourse dominance.
