为做好疫情背景下高校毕业生就业服务,帮助毕业生提高求职能力,满足企业的人力资源需求,高校要充分分析当前开展就业工作的困难,在政府政策引导下,主动出击,整合各类资源,实施疫情背景下的“四位一体”就业工作应对策略,将特殊时期的实践教学、就业指导、信息服务、心理辅导等工作整合在统一体系下运行,为毕业生顺利就业、企业正常发展提供支撑。

In order to do a good job of employment service for college graduates under the background of epidemic situation,help them improve their ability to apply for jobs,and meet the needs of human resources of enterprises,colleges and universities should fully analyze the current difficulties in carrying out employment work.This paper puts forward taking the initiative to integrate all kinds of resources under the guidance of government policies to implement the"four in one"employment strategy which integrate the practical teaching,employment guidance,information service and psychological counseling,and provides support for the smooth employment of graduates and the normal development of enterprises.
