摘要
煤矿及金属矿山的通风竖井、溜渣井和巷道施工中,常用的破岩刀具之一为镶齿滚刀,镶齿滚刀上的钻齿钻压为重要的钻进参数。为得到最优钻压,选用岩石试样内部节理缺陷较少、岩石力学性质相对稳定的招远地区花岗岩,以2、5和30 kN/s的钻压加载速率,进行锥形齿单齿静压入试验。通过试验,发现不同钻压加载速率下,破岩过程中,均有1个卸载点,卸载点平均钻压为54.26 kN,即为静压最优钻压。并通过单刃镶齿滚刀数值模拟,分析了平齿轴向排列和圆周排列对破岩效果的影响,发现其破岩效率受排列方式影响较小,从而验证了单齿静压试验的适用性。
In the constructions of the mine ventilation shafts,ore passes and mine roadways in the coal mine and metal mime,one of the conventional rock cutting tools would be the inserted rolling cutters and the drilling pressure of the drilling tooth on the inserted rolling cutter would be the important drilling parameter.In order to get the optimal drilling pressure,the rock sample should be selected with less internal joint defects and relative stable rock mechanics characteristics of the granite from Zhaoyuan Area.The drilling pressure loading rate with 2,5 and 30 kN/s was applied to the static pressure test of the single conical tooth.With the test,under the different drilling pressure loading rate,during the rock breaking procedure,there was one loading point,the average drilling pressure at the loading point was 54.26 kN and was the static pressure optimal drilling pressure.With the numerical simulation of the single blade inserted tooth rolling cutter,an analysis was conducted on the plane tooth axial array and circumference array affected to the rock breaking effect.It was found that the rock breaking efficiency was less affected by the array model and thus the applicability of the single tooth static pressure test was verified.
