摘要
赵固二矿西风井采用C100高性能混凝土作为井筒深部井壁材料,通过无线温度监测系统,对冻结壁和C100混凝土外层井壁温度进行监测。结果表明:井帮温度为-11℃左右时,C100混凝土浇筑35 h后,温升最大(可达50℃);浇筑7 d后,外层井壁平均温度维持在22℃左右;27~45 d后,外层井壁温度逐步降至0℃以下。
In West Ventilation Shaft of Zhaogu No.2 Mine,C100 high performance concrete were app-lied as the deep shaft liner material of the mine shaft.With the wireless temperature monitoring system,a temperature monitoring was conducted on the mine shaft freezing wall and the outer C100 concrete shaft liner.The results showed that when the temperature of the mine shaft wall was about-11℃,after 35 h of the C100 concrete poured,the max temperature rose could be 50℃and after 7 days of the concrete poured,the average temperature of the outer shaft liner would be maintained about 22℃and after 27~45 days of the concreter poured,the temperature of the outer shaft liner would steadily be reduced below 0℃.
