基于灰色聚类的管道电伴热系统安全评价

摘要 虽然管道电伴热系统在国防工业领域有着十分广泛的应用,但在实际使用过程中也经常会出现各种问题。本文针对管道电伴热系统安全性的评价问题,在分析总结管道电伴热系统常见故障的基础上,从系统设计、安装施工、电气连接与操作使用4个方面,选取17个影响因素构建管道电伴热系统安全评价指标体系,通过改进层次分析法计算得到各方案层的权重值。由此,提出一种管道电伴热系统安全性灰色聚类评价模型,并通过对某电伴热管道进行实例评价,检验了模型的有效性。研究结果表明,该模型能够较为准确、客观地对管道电伴热系统安全性作出评价,同时也能快速找到系统安全的薄弱环节,具有一定的实践应用价值。 Pipeline-based electric heat tracing systems have been widely used in the national defense industry,but problems in their use persist.To assess their safety,this study analyzed the common faults that occur in such systems,and 17 factors were identified.These factors were then used to construct a safety evaluation index system for pipeline-based electric heat tracing systems that considers the system design,installation,and construction,and the electrical connection and operation.The weights of each layer of the systemwere calculated by using the improved analytic hierarchy process,and a grey clustering-based evaluation of the safety of pipeline-based electric heat tracing systems was developed.The effectiveness of the proposed model was verified through an example of an electric heat tracing pipeline.The results show that the proposed model can objectively and accurately evaluate the safety of such pipelines,and can quickly identify weak links.The proposed method thus has high application value.
