摘要
绿原酸主要存在于金银花、山银花、杜仲叶和咖啡豆等天然植物中,属于苯丙烯酸酯类多酚物质,具有抗氧化、抗炎、抑菌、抗病毒及抗癌等功效。近年来研究发现,绿原酸对改善动物肠道健康、提高机体抗氧化能力具有积极影响,在畜禽生产中具有较大应用潜力。本文综述了绿原酸的主要生理功能及其可能的作用机理,并探讨了绿原酸作为畜禽饲料添加剂的应用前景,旨在为绿原酸作为新型饲料添加剂提供研究思路。
Chlorogenic acid(CGA)is a phenylacrylate polyphenol,which mainly exists in natural plants of Lonicerae japonicae flos,Lonicerae flos,Eucommia ulmoides leaves and coffee beans,etc,and is known for its anti-oxidant,anti-inflammatory,anti-bacterial,anti-virus and anti-cancer effects,and so on.Recent studies have shown that CGA has positive effects on improving intestinal health of animals and enhancing body antioxidant capacity,with great potential for application in livestock and poultry production.In this review,the main biological functions of CGA and its possible action mechanisms were summarized,and the application prospect of CGA as feed additive for livestock and poultry was discussed,aiming to provide research ideas for CGA as a new feed additive.
