摘要
大豆活性肽(SBP)主要来源于大豆分离蛋白、大豆粕和大豆粉,是由多种肽段组成的肽类混合物。SBP具有免疫调节、抗氧化、抗炎、抗高血脂、抗高血压、抗高血糖及神经调节等多种功能。本文总结了SBP的结构和性质、主要生理功能及其作用机制,并结合其生理功能及作用机制阐述了SBP在畜禽应用上的最新研究进展,在全面“禁抗”的背景下为SBP在畜禽生产中的应用提供参考。
Soybean active peptide(SBP)is mainly derived from soybean protein isolate,soybean meal and soybean powder,which is a peptide mixture composed of a variety of peptides.SBP has many functions such as immune regulation,anti-oxidation,anti-inflammation,anti-hyperlipidemia,anti-hypertension,anti-hyperglycemia and neuroregulation.This paper summarizes the structure and properties,main physiological functions and mechanism of SBP,and expounds the latest research progress of SBP application in livestock and poultry combined with its physiological functions and mechanism,in order to provide reference for SBP application in livestock and poultry production under the background of comprehensive‘anti-resistance’.
