摘要
本试验旨在研究饲粮中添加水解单宁酸对肉鸡生长性能及肠道健康的影响。试验采用单因素完全随机设计,选取42000只1日龄、体况相近的健康爱拔益加(AA)肉仔鸡,随机分为3组,每组4个重复,每个重复3500只鸡。预试期10 d,正试期32 d。预试期各组统一饲喂基础饲粮(无抗生素)。正试期对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组分别饲喂在基础饲粮中添加200和400 mg/kg水解单宁酸的试验饲粮。结果表明:与对照组相比,1)饲粮中添加水解单宁酸对肉鸡的末重、平均日增重、平均日采食量、死淘率及欧洲效益指数无显著影响(P>0.05),但400 mg/kg水解单宁酸组的料重比显著降低(P<0.05);2)饲粮中添加水解单宁酸极显著降低肉鸡的十二指肠pH(P<0.01),极显著提高十二指肠、空肠胰蛋白酶活性、绒毛高度和绒毛高度/隐窝深度(P<0.01),显著提高盲肠乳酸杆菌数量(P<0.05);3)饲粮中添加400 mg/kg水解单宁酸极显著提高肉鸡的十二指肠淀粉酶活性(P<0.01),显著提高空肠淀粉酶活性(P<0.05),显著降低空肠隐窝深度(P<0.05);4)饲粮中添加200 mg/kg水解单宁酸显著提高肉鸡的空肠脂肪酶活性(P<0.05)。综上所述,饲粮中添加水解单宁酸可降低肉鸡的料重比和死淘率,提高欧洲效益指数、肠道消化酶活性和乳酸杆菌数量,促进肠道发育并保护肉鸡肠道健康。在本试验条件下,肉鸡饲粮中添加400 mg/kg水解单宁酸效果最佳。
This experiment was conducted to study the effects of dietary hydrolyzed tannic acid on growth performance and intestinal health of broilers.A single factor completely randomized design was used to select 42000 one-day-old healthy Arbor Acres(AA)broilers with similar body condition and randomly divided into 3 groups with 4 replicates per group and 3500 broilers per replicate.The pre-test lasted for 10 days and the trial lasted for 32 days.Broilers in all groups were fed a basal diet without any antibiotics in pre-trial period.In trial period,broilers in control group were fed a basal diet,and the others in experimental groups were fed the basal diets supplemented with 200 and 400 mg/kg hydrolyzed tannic acid,respectively.The results showed as follows:compared with control group,1)dietary hydrolytic tannic acid had no significant effects on final weight,average daily gain,average daily feed intake,mortality rate and European benefit index of broilers(P>0.05),but the ratio of feed to gain in 400 mg/kg hydrolyzed tannic acid group was significantly decreased(P<0.05);2)dietary hydrolyzed tannic acid significantly decreased duodenal pH in of broilers(P<0.01),significantly increased duodenal and jejunal trypsin activity,villus height and the ratio of villus height to crypt depth(P<0.01),and significantly increased the number of cecal Lactobacillus(P<0.05);3)ditary 400 mg/kg hydrolyzed tannic acid significantly increased the duodenal amylase activity of broilers(P<0.01),significantly increased jejunal amylase activity(P<0.05),and significantly decreased jejunal crypt depth(P<0.05);4)dietary 200 mg/kg hydrolyzed tannic acid significantly increased jejunal lipase activity of broilers(P<0.05).In summary,dietary hydrolyzed tannic acid can reduce the ratio of feed to weight and mortality rate of broilers,increase European benefit index,intestinal digestive enzyme activity and the number of Lactobacillus,promote intestinal development and protect broiler intestinal health.Under this conditions,adding 400 mg/kg hydrolyzed tannic acid to broilers’diets has the best effects.
