摘要
为研究饲粮中添加芦丁对湖羊生长性能、血清生化指标和激素水平及瘤胃发酵的影响,将36只健康且体重相近的湖羊随机分为3组,每组12只(公母各占1/2)。在3组湖羊所喂基础饲粮中分别添加0(试验Ⅰ组,作为对照组)、50(试验Ⅱ组)和100 mg/kg BW(试验Ⅲ组)的芦丁。试验期为70 d,其中预试期14 d,正试期56 d。结果显示:1)正试期第1~14天,试验Ⅰ组湖羊平均日增重显著低于其他2组(P<0.05),而料重比则相反。2)正试期第14天,试验Ⅰ组湖羊血清葡萄糖含量显著高于试验Ⅱ组(P<0.05),试验Ⅲ组湖羊血清高密度脂蛋白含量显著高于试验Ⅱ组(P<0.05)。正试期第35天,试验Ⅲ组湖羊血清总蛋白含量显著低于其他2组(P<0.05),而血清甘油三酯含量则相反。正试期第56天,试验Ⅲ组湖羊血清甘油三酯含量极显著高于其他2组(P<0.01)。3)正试期第14天,试验Ⅱ组湖羊血清甲状腺素、三碘甲状腺原氨酸、瘦素、胰岛素以及皮质醇水平显著高于试验Ⅰ组(P<0.05)。正试期第35天,试验Ⅲ组湖羊血清三碘甲状腺原氨酸、瘦素、胰岛素和生长激素水平显著高于试验Ⅰ组(P<0.05)。正试期第56天,试验Ⅱ组湖羊血清雌二醇水平显著高于其他2组(P<0.05);试验Ⅲ组湖羊血清甲状腺素、三碘甲状腺原氨酸以及生长激素水平显著高于试验Ⅰ组(P<0.05)。4)试验Ⅱ组湖羊瘤胃液乙酸、丙酸、异戊酸、戊酸和总挥发性脂肪酸浓度显著高于试验Ⅲ组(P<0.05)。试验Ⅰ组瘤胃液乙栖瘤胃普雷沃菌、溶纤维丁酸弧菌和嗜淀粉瘤胃杆菌基因相对表达量显著或极显著高于其他2组(P<0.05或P<0.01);试验Ⅱ组瘤胃液白色瘤胃球菌基因相对表达量显著或极显著高于其他2组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。综上所述,芦丁能够调控激素分泌和瘤胃发酵,进而改善湖羊的生长性能。在本试验条件下,湖羊饲粮中添加50 mg/kg BW芦丁时效果较好。
To study the effects of diet added with rutin on growth performance,serum biochemical indexes and hormone levels,and rumen fermentation of Hu sheep,thirty-six healthy sheep with similar weight were randomly divided into 3 groups with 12 sheep per group(half of male and female).Each group of sheep were fed a basal diet added with 0(trial groupⅠ,as control group),50(trial groupⅡ)and 100 mg/kg BW rutin(trial groupⅢ),respectively.The experimental period was 70 days including 14 days of adaptation period and 56 days of formal period.The results showed as follows:1)the average daily gain(ADG)of sheep in trial groupⅠwas significantly lower than that in other two groups(P<0.05),but the feed to gain ratio had the opposite result on day 14 of formal period.2)The serum glucose content of sheep in trial groupⅠwas significantly higher than that in trial groupⅡ(P<0.05),and the serum high-density lipoprotein content of sheep in trial groupⅢwas significantly higher than that in trial groupⅡon day 14 of formal period(P<0.05).The serum total protein content of sheep in trial groupⅢwas significantly lower than that in other two groups(P<0.05),but the serum triglyceride content had the opposite result on day 35 of formal period.The serum triglyceride content of sheep in trial groupⅢwas significantly higher than that in other two groups on day 56 of formal period(P<0.01).3)The levels of triiodothyronine,tetraiodothyronine,leptin,insulin and cortisol in serum of sheep in trial groupⅡwere significantly higher than those in trial groupⅠon day 14 of formal period(P<0.05).The levels of triiodothyronine,leptin,insulin and growth hormone in serum of sheep in trial groupⅢwere significantly higher than those in trial groupⅠon day 35 of formal period(P<0.05).The estradiol level in serum of sheep in trial groupⅡwas significantly higher than that in other two groups(P<0.05),and the levels of triiodothyronine,tetraiodothyronine and growth hormone in serum of sheep in trial groupⅢwere significantly higher than those of trial groupⅠon day 56 of formal period(P<0.05).4)The concentrations of acetic acid,propionic acid,isovaleric acid,valeric acid and total volatile fatty acids in rumen fluid of sheep in trial groupⅡwere significantly higher than those in trial groupⅠ(P<0.05).The gene relative expression levels of Prevotella ruminicola,Butyrivibrio fibrisolvens,Ruminobacter amylophilus in rumen fluid of sheep in trial groupⅠwere significantly higher than those in other two groups(P<0.05 or P<0.01).The gene relative expression level of Ruminococcus albus in rumen fluid of sheep in trial groupⅡwas significantly higher than that in other two groups(P<0.05 or P<0.01).In conclusion,rutin can regulate hormone secretion and rumen fermentation,and then increase the growth performance of Hu sheep,and the effect is better when additive amount is 50 mg/kg BW under this experiment conditions.
