复合菌培养物及β-葡聚糖对肉羊抗氧化能力与炎症因子含量的影响 被引量:8

Effects of Compound Bacteria Culture andβ-Glucan on Antioxidant Capacity and Inflammatory Factor Contents of Mutton Sheep

摘要 本试验旨在研究复合菌培养物及β-葡聚糖对肉羊抗氧化能力与炎症因子含量的影响。选取50日龄断奶健康羔羊30只,随机分为3个组,包括2个试验组和1个对照组,每组5个重复,每个重复2只羔羊。对照组饲喂全混合日粮(TMR);复合菌培养物组在TMR中添加复合菌培养物,前期每千克饲粮添加量为50 g,中期与后期每千克饲粮添加量为70 g;β-葡聚糖组在TMR中添加β-葡聚糖,每千克饲粮添加量为75 mg。试验期为97 d,其中预试期7 d,正试期90 d。分别在试验第1、30、60和90天采集血样,测定抗氧化指标和炎症因子含量。结果表明:与对照组相比,复合菌培养物组肉羊血清中谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性及白细胞介素-lβ(IL-lβ)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)含量显著提高(P<0.05),丙二醛(MDA)、白细胞介素-4(IL-4)、白细胞介素-10(IL-10)含量显著降低(P<0.05);β-葡聚糖组血清中总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)、SOD活性及TNF-α、IL-6含量显著提高(P<0.05),MDA、IL-10含量显著降低(P<0.05)。综上所述,饲粮中添加复合菌培养物与β-葡聚糖均可以提高肉羊的抗氧化能力与炎症因子含量,并且添加复合菌培养物在提高抗氧化能力方面的效果优于添加β-葡聚糖。 The aim of this experiment was to study the effects of compound bacteria culture andβ-glucan on antioxidant capacity and inflammatory factor contents of mutton sheep.Thirty 50-day-old weaned healthy lambs were randomly divided into three groups,including two experimental groups and one control group,with 5 replicates per group and 2 lambs per replicate.The lambs in the control group were fed a total mixed ration(TMR).In the compound bacteria culture group,the TMR was supplemented with compound bacteria culture.In the early stage,the amount of additive was 50 g/kg diet,and in the middle and late stages,that value was 70 g/kg.Meanwhile,β-glucan(75 mg/kg)was added to the TMR in theβ-glucan group.The experiment lasted for 97 days.The preparation period was 7 days and the formal period was 90 days.Blood samples were collected on days 1,30,60 and 90 of the experiment to determine the antioxidant indexes and inflammatory factor contents.The results showed as follows:compared with the control group,the activities of glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px),superoxide dismutase(SOD),catalase(CAT)and the contents of interleukin-1β(IL-1β),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-6(IL-6)and interleukin-8(IL-8)in serum in the compound bacteria culture group were significantly increased(P<0.05),while those of malonaldehyde(MDA),interleukin-4(IL-4)and interleukin-10(IL-10)were obviously decreased(P<0.05);the T-AOC,SOD activity,TNF-αand IL-6 contents in theβ-glucan group were markedly enhanced(P<0.05),and the contents of MDA and IL-10 were apparently reduced(P<0.05).In conclusion,the antioxidant capacity and inflammatory factor contents of mutton sheep can be improved by adding compound bacteria culture orβ-glucan,and the antioxidant effect of compound bacteria culture is better than that ofβ-glucan.
