摘要
随着数字化和智能化技术的应用,工业智能化成为新一轮科技革命的主要驱动力。依据劳动力结构和融资约束相关理论探究工业智能化对企业技术创新的影响,基于2010—2019年上市公司数据,运用双重差分倾向得分匹配(PSM-DID)实证检验工业智能化对企业创新的影响。研究发现:工业智能化对企业创新产生正向作用且存在时滞性;工业智能化优化了企业劳动力结构,进而促进企业创新水平提升;工业智能化的融资约束机制仅对企业专利授权有显著提升作用且存在时滞性。研究结论具有深刻的政策含义:政府与企业应当通力合作,加强高技能劳动力的培养和引进,提升工业智能转型企业的人力资本。
With the application of digitization and intelligence,the industrial intelligence has grown to become the main driving force of new scientific and technical revolution.Relying on the theory of structure of the labour force and financing restriction,we analyze the influence of industrial intelligence on innovation of firm.Utilizing the PSM-DID methods,we investigate the influence of industrial intelligence on innovation from 2010 to 2019 year in listed companies.The empirical results have shown that the industrial intelligence has a positive impact on innovation.The influence of industrial intelligence on innovation has a time lag.Moreover,industrial intelligence promotes the structural change of the labour force,and then has a positive influence on innovation.Furthermore,the financing restriction mechanism of industrial intelligence is only proven for patent licensing in lag times.Finally,this paper has policy implications that the enterprise should enhance communication with local government for increasing the cultivation and introduction of highly skilled labors and then increase the human capital of industrial intelligence enterprises.
