上海市“一网通办”政务服务一体化建设研究

Research on the Construction of the Integration of Government Services in Shanghai’s"Integrated Online Platform"

为落实上海市政府全面推进"一网通办"的建设要求,本文针对上海市水务局(上海市海洋局)行政许可及相关业务的现状和需求,提出进一步完善"一网通办"政务服务一体化建设,进一步与全市"一网通办"系统进行深入对接,实现不断提升政务服务效率、最大程度利企利民的目标。

To implement the demands of the Shanghai Municipal Government for the construction of"Integrated Online Platform",this paper proposes to further improve the integrated construction of the Municipal Bureau’s"Integrated Online Platform"government service based on the current situation and demands of the Shanghai Water Authority’s(Shanghai Municipal Oceanic Bureau)administrative licensing and relevant businesses.Through the approval of the original bureau’s"Integrated Online Platform"and the transformation of the public service system,it has a further deep connection with the municipal"Integrated Online Platform"system to achieve the goal of continuously improving the efficiency of government services and maximizing the degree of benefiting enterprises and people.
