粘土掺膨润土隔离墙施工和易性研究

摘要 粘土掺膨润土竖向隔离墙因其优异的阻滞性能被广泛应用于工程中。对粘土掺膨润土竖向隔离墙的施工和易性进行了研究,探讨了粘土掺膨润土隔离墙在膨润土掺量为3%、5%、8%、10%和12%下的施工和易性;对大小坍落度筒进行对比;对膨润土掺量为5%、8%、10%、12%和15%情况下的泥浆特性进行分析。试验结果表明,泥浆特性中膨润土掺量为10%时,其相关特性满足泥浆特性要求;随着膨润土掺量增大,坍落度试验所确定含水率在60%~76%之间。 The soil-bentonite vertical isolation wall is widely used in various contaminated sites due to its excellent retardation performance.Based on the study of the workability of soil-bentonite vertical isolation wall,this paper discusses the workability of clay bentonite isolation wall under the conditions of 3%,5%,8%,10%and 12%bentonite content.And the size of the slump cylinder is compared.Mud properties of bentonite with 5%,8%,10%,12%and 15%were analyzed.The test results show that when the content of bentonite in the slurry is 10%,the relevant characteristics meet the requirements of the slurry characteristics.With the increase of bentonite content,the water content determined by slump test is between 60%~76%.
